All of the recipes in this collection have less than 10 Weight Watchers SmartPoints per serving and less than 5 ingredients (we don’t count salt, pepper and water as ingredients since those are common ingredients in most kitchens). This makes shopping and meal prep easy.
And of course with all of our recipes here at Crock-Pot Ladies we never use hard to find ingredients. If we cannot find the ingredients at our local average grocery stores then we don’t use them!
