So glad you enjoyed the recipe Ky!
Can the pork chops be frozen? Or do we need to thaw them first?
This recipe was cooked using thawed pork chops. I have not tested with frozen but it should work. But the cooking time will probably be a little longer.
Should the cooker be set on high or low for this recipe? Thank you.
Listed in line 3 of the instructions for this recipe indicates that this recipe should be cooked on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Hope that helps Sally!
Wanted to make this today but ordered groceries and they were out of dry ranch dressing. That stinks. Now what?
I am so sorry Deborah that your grocery store was out of ranch dressing mix. I am not really sure what else to use for this recipe besides making your own ranch dressing mix.
I don’t have gravy in a jar but I do have brown gravy packets. Would that still work?
Hi Laci! If you make the gravy according to the package directions first it should work!
Delicious! Thank you!! Will be a regular in this home.❤️
So glad you enjoyed, Cheryl!
If I use only 4 pork chops, I know how to reduce the other ingredients, but what adjustment (if any) would I make to the cooking time? Thanks for your help!
This recipe has not been tested using only 4 pork chops but I would probably cut the cooking time by 45 minutes and then check the pork chops and cook longer only if needed.
I’m thinking of putting carrots in with the pork chops to cook as a veggie to go with it. Would that work?
You could definitely try. Let us know how it turns out!
I only have chicken gravy, can I sub that instead of beef?
Should work fine!
Would dry Au Jus gravy mix work in this recipe
Hi Sandi, while this recipe has not been tested using dry au jus gravy mix I think it will work. The gravy/sauce may be thinner using this but the flavor will still be tasty I think and if you wanted to thickened up the sauce after it cooks with a little cornstarch slurry that would probably work.
So wonderful. I nearly cried. They’re so easy and so tender!
So glad you enjoyed these pork chops Angelica!
Can pork chops go in frozen??
While we have not tested this recipe using frozen pork chops it should be fine. I would add 1 additional hour of cooking if using frozen meat. Thanks for your question Sonya.
How long for cook on high?
Hi Lisa, this recipe is best cooked on LOW.
This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! It literally took any time to prep. I had to use pork gravy instead of brown gravy. I will definitely make this again
So glad you enjoyed this recipe Deena! Thanks for the kind review!
Thank you Deena I was wondering why they used Beef instead of Pork gravy for this. Thank you for being an innovator. I JUST tossed this in the crock pot already, but next time I will use the Pork gravy!
We tried this for the first time Sunday and it was absolutely DELICIOUS 😋 Will definitely be making again for sure. So convenient and easy❣️
Thanks for the kind review Christal! I am so glad you found this recipe delicious and easy!
These were absolutely DELICIOUS 😋 Will definitely be making these again. We love a good, quick and simple recipe.
I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe Christal. Thank you for your 5 star rating and review!
I made this tonight for my very picky eater wife, she does not like Rosemary, Sage or Thyme. She is not a fan of pork AND Pepper and Worcestershire Sauce are “a little spicy” for her. She also does not like “gravy”.
She said this was certainly a do again meal! I made it exactly per the recipe except I only used two 3.5 ounce Boneless Pork Chops.
Terry that is awesome. I am so glad your wife and you enjoyed this recipe! Thank you so much for your 5 star review!
