Crock-Pot Cream Spinach and Mozzarella Quiche
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 11oz Package Birds-Eye Steamfresh Cream Spinach
- In bowl, beat eggs.
- Add in cheese and package of frozen cream spinach.
- Mix well.
- Pour into oven safe pan that will fit into your crock-pot (or into your crock-pot)
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours to 2.5 hours. You want the eggs solid, but will see the white liquid of cheese and cream.
Many of you might not know that I have a flock of chickens. At the moment , I have 12 hens. I get a dozen eggs daily from those lovely hens. I decided I needed to cook something with eggs to use up some of these awesome tasting home ground eggs. I searched the freezer and found a bag of Cream Spinach and a bag of Mozzarella Cheese and thought “why not”. 2 hours later, I had a quiche that had a nice flavor of garlic and spinach and had cheese in every bite.
