This is a great way to use up the “older” bananas.  I found that this refrigerated nicely and I was able to heat up the Banana Oatmeal the next morning for another meal.

Crock-Pot Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Cups Quick Oats
4 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
3 Bananas, smooshed
2 Cups Mlk

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the crock-pot.
  2. Cook on low for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Serve.
