This is a quick and easy recipe to make and comes out with a nice sweet but smokey type flavor. I let the kids eat this on buns, but I tossed some in a nice salad.
Freezer Meal: Add all ingredients to a ziploc bag. Write on the bag: cook on low for 2 hours and shred with a fork.
Crock-Pot Brown Sugar Pulled Chicken
2 Pounds Chicken Breast
3 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- Add all ingredients to the crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Using a fork, shredd the chicken into small pieces.
- Serve on salad, rice or slider buns
