Homemade Fajita Seasoning Mix
While store-bought mixes are handy I prefer to make my own homemade mixes whenever possible.
Not only is it frugal to buy your spices in bulk and make your own spice mixtures you also get to have 100% control over what ingredients are in your spice mixes.
Most major brands of fajita seasoning contain too much salt, sugar and more often than not MSG and thickeners that may contain gluten.
This homemade spice mix is one of my favorites simply because fajitas is one of my favorite dishes! I also like to sprinkle this yummy fajitas seasoning on cheese quesadillas for a little oomph of flavor!
