Today was the first day of Autumn, so I knew that I had to cook up something in the crock-pot that reminded me of fall. For me there is one singular food that just says “Autumn is here!” and that is caramel apples. So I whipped up a tasty batch of this easy to make caramel apple dip in the crock-pot. Now the weather was unseasonably warm for us here in Wyoming, so notice my little guy in the picture with no shirt on. He enjoyed being my taste tester and model today! Normally we have snow by now this time of year, but we are enjoying it while it lasts!

Happy Autumn!

  2. Cover crock-pot and cook on high until mixture comes to a simmer.
