My daughter loves to eat the pretzel bites and that is our “special” Sunday snack. I ran out of the traditional Cheese dip and whipped this up (3 ingredients, super easy) and used this for our dip. It was a big hit!
Crock-Pot Queso Sausage Dip
1 10oz Package of Queso Cheese
1 10oz Can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained a little
1 lb of Sausage, cooked, drained and chopped
- Chop up queso cheese.
- Add all ingredients to crock-pot and stir
- Heat on low for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes or so.
- Serve on warm with tortilla chips.
