I am a big fan of Quiche.   Having my own chickens means that I have eggs.   Lots and Lots of Eggs.   This is a great recipe to use up those eggs and serve to the family.

Crock-Pot Crustless Spinach & Feta Quiche


4 Medium Eggs
2 Cups Milk
4oz Feta Cheese (half of the container , about 1/4 cup)
1 10oz Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, squeeze out water
Dash of Salt


  1. In a bowl, mix the listed ingredients.
  2. Poor mixture into a well greased crock-pot.
  3. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  4. Serve.
