Equipment
- 5 Quart Crock-Pot Or Larger
Ingredients
- 28 Ounces Frozen O'Brian Potatoes
- 1 Pound Pork Breakfast Sausage (Cooked, Crumbled And Drained Of Grease)
- ¼ Cup Sliced Jalapeño Peppers (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 21 Ounces Canned Cream Of Potato Soup
- 1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Dump frozen potatoes into a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
- Add cooked sausage and jalapenos (if using).
- In a small bowl whisk together the canned cream of potato soup and the garlic powder and black pepper. Pour over the potato mixture in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
