Crock-Pot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 14oz Can of Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1 Cup Chopped Spinach, strained of water
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Add ingredients to crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Serve in bowl or from crock-pot on the WARM setting.
This is great served warm or cold.
