Crock-Pot Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (Softened And Cubed)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Peeled And Minced)
- 14 Ounces Canned Artichoke Hearts (Drained And Chopped)
- 1 Cup Frozen Spinach (Thawed And Water Squeezed Out)
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- â…“ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 2.5 to 3.5 quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is hot and all the cheeses have melted.
- Serve in bowl or from the slow cooker on the WARM setting.
