This is our Dessert Recipe for Crock around the Clock!! I had a few leftover bananas and made this cake. Very nice flavor with an even banana and chocolate taste to it. I was going to put a frosting on top, but the powder sugar was enough for this cake.

This looks delish! I am always looking for ways to utilize those extra bananas. I will definitely be trying this one. Thanks for sharing!
This looks great. Hubby just said tonight that if I don’t do something with all the bananas in the freezer he was going to toss them!!! I think I’ll surprise him with a cake tomorrow night! :0)
I needed a new way to use some over-ripe bananas … this sounds perfect :)
Love that this recipe was made in a crock pot! I want to add more crock pot cooking to my life so I’m glad I found your website. Thanks for sharing!
What type “cooking pan” did you use???
This recipe I believe I used my glass crock-type bowl. But, I have used bread pans, glass casserole dishes, and even just foil. As long as you can cook with it in the oven, you can cook with it in the crock-pot.
