Warm up to a yummy home-cooked breakfast with this Crock-Pot Hash recipe submitted to us by reader Carolyn Whetstone
We love a great crock-pot breakfast recipe and this one is a keeper!
1 lb. Bulk Sausage, Cooked, Crumbed & Drained
1 (28 Oz.) Package Frozen Potatoes O’Brien
1/4 Cup Sliced Jalapeno Peppers (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Cans Cream Of Potato Soup
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Dump frozen potatoes into crock pot.
- Add cooked sausage & jalapenos (if using).
- Mix garlic powder & black pepper into soup, pour into crock pot.
- Add cheese on top.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
