Crock-Pot Hash


1 lb. Bulk Sausage, Cooked, Crumbed & Drained
1 (28 Oz.) Package Frozen Potatoes O'Brien
1/4 Cup Sliced Jalapeno Peppers (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Cans Cream Of Potato Soup
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Dump frozen potatoes into crock pot.
  2. Add cooked sausage & jalapenos (if using).
  3. Mix garlic powder & black pepper into soup, pour into crock pot.
  4. Add cheese on top.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours.
