I had some leftover chicken from dinner this week and decided to whip together a quick dip. My daughter was having a friend over to play for the day and a cousin was also coming. We snacked on this most of the day. It has a nice “kick” to it from the rotel. A huge hit!
Crock-Pot Cheesy Chicken Dip
1 32oz Block Velveeta Cheese, chunked
1 8oz Cream Cheese, chunked
1 Can Rotel
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb Cooked Chicken, chunked or shredded
- Add all ingredients to crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 1.5 hours to 2hours or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with veggies or chips.
