A great variation to your everyday Pot Roast. Easy to make and as my lovely husband told me “I normally do not care for Pot Roast, but this was good”.
Crock-Pot Beef Sandwiches
2.5lbs to 3lb Beef Chuck Roast
1 1/4 Cups Ketchup
1/4 Cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
12 Sandwich Buns
- Add roast to crock-pot.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except the sandwich buns.
- Pour the liquid over the roast.
- Cook on low for 8 -9 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Once the roast is cooked, shred with a fork.
- Serve on buns.
