With just three simple ingredients this easy recipe for Crock-Pot Skirt Steak with Mushroom Gravy comes out moist and tender. Everyone in the family will love this simple slow cooker beef recipe!

Crock-Pot Skirt Steak with Mushroom Gravy

This is one of those recipes that you really just dump everything in the slow cooker and let it cook away all day. When you come back to it 8 hours later you open the pot and find a moist and tender piece of skirt steak that has it’s own flavorful mushroom gravy!

I love that this recipe uses just three ingredients too which means I can quickly pop open a can of cream of mushroom soup and envelope of onion soup mix and mix it all up and toss it in the Crock-Pot in less than 5 minutes.

The beef really does come out tender too…like melt in your mouth tender.

And the flavor is rich and wonderful. My kids loved this recipe and devoured it.

Serve this easy to make skirt steak recipe with a side of your favorite vegetables and mashed potatoes (the gravy is YUM on top of the mashed potatoes) and you have dinner without too much fuss.

Enjoy!

It is a cut of meat. Common use is for fajitas. I found mine at Krogers.

Oh yum I only just tried this recently, but just with the french onion soup, it was delicious then. Love the new take you have put on it with the mushroom soup. Will try it out next time I make it.

I made this last night with french onion soup mix and Campbells cream of mushroom and I added fresh onions to the mix halfway through. It was AMAZING. Can’t wait for leftovers tonight…

Is any liquid added? Perhaps a can of water?

You can add a little if you want. But for the recipe itself, I did not.

This recipe was SO good. I’ve had this gravy combination a lot with other meats but this one was so tender and juicy. I loved it with the egg noodles.

Thanks for a great recipe! 🙂

Just what is in the recipe. You can off course add your own seasoning if you like.
