Crock-Pot Minestrone Soup

Crock-Pot Minestrone SoupOkay I whipped this Minestrone up.  I had a few idea’s of what I was planning on putting in it..and what I had in my cupboards made me change my mind a bit.  Isn’t that how it always ends up being?  Don’t make the mistake I did…Don’t put the Garbanzo Beans at the beginning, because I had to fish them all back out.  Wish I had that 10 minutes back of my life.

Hello Sarah! Your soup looks fantastic! I want to thank you for how you stated the tomatoes in the recipe. You included the juice in the instructions. I run across many, many recipes where things like that aren’t specified. It makes it difficult to try and guess what the author of the recipe means. I’ll be making this recipe for sure. Thanks for posting.
