Slow Cooker Corn Dog and Beans Casserole
In this fun take on corn dogs I decided to combine one of my kids’ favorite foods, hot dogs with boxed cornbread mix and leftover baked beans. I used leftover Crock-Pot Baked Beans when I made it, but you can use store bought canned baked beans too.
Everything is cooked in your slow cooker until the cornbread is baked through and then served.
This turned out to be a huge hit with my kids!

Yes, the cover is closed while the corn bread is cooking.

I’m sorry the recipe didn’t work for you!
Same! Just a hot mess!
Corn Bread never fully cooked. Don’t bother with this one. Big waste of time and money!
I am sorry it didn’t turn out for you Carolyn. Each slow cooker is different and your slow cooked may cook lower that the one we test our recipes in. If you try this recipe I suggest just cooking it longer.
