Here is a delicious recipe sent to us by reader Amy Marrelli who blogs over at Clever Coupon Classes for her version of Crock-Pot Salsa Chicken. Her recipe is a bit different than Lady Katie’s recipe for Crock-Pot Salsa Chicken but I think both are winners!

Crock-Pot Salsa Chicken #2


4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts (Frozen is fine)
1 Cup Salsa
1 Can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1/2 Cup Sour Cream (At room temperature)
6 Tortillas


  1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Cook on high 4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream.
  7. Serve on tortillas.
