In a large skillet on the stove-top brown and crumble the sausage until cooked through. Drain off the excess cooking fat.
Add the cooked 1 Pound Pork Sausage, 16 Ounces Cream Cheese and 20 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Stirring every hour or so to ensure the cream cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite chips.

This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled to serve a larger crowd. Simply cook the dip in a larger sized slow cooker and increase the cooking time by about 30 minutes for each time you size up the recipe.
