Place 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts in the bottom of a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 Cups Water, 10.75 Ounces Canned Cream Of Chicken Soup and 2 Packets Chicken Gravy Mix and pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred chicken meat with two forks right in the slow cooker.
