The combination of fresh strawberries and apples are paired with a cinnamon crumble topping and baked right in your slow cooker. Feel free to top with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip or a scoop of vanilla ice cream to take this yummy dessert over the top!

Instructions
Add apples and strawberries to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
Sprinkle fruit with lemon juice and vanilla and toss to combine.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, oats and cinnamon.
Add melted butter to the oat mixture and mix until all the dry ingredients are coated in the butter.
Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over the top of the fruit mixture in the slow cooker.
Place a layer of paper towels or a clean flour sack kitchen towel between the lid and slow cooker insert to prevent condensation from dipping on your crumble while it bakes.
Place the handle of a wooden spoon (or something similar) under the lid to prop it open slightly to allow steam to escape.
Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
