This EASY 7-UP bundt cake comes out just fantastic when cooked in your Crockpot Express multi-cooker. With just 4 ingredients you end up with a show-stopping dessert that doesn't require you to heat up the oven to bake!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients using a hand mixer until thoroughly mixed together.
Spray your Bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray and then pour prepared cake batter into the pan, spreading the batter evenly in the pan with a silicone spatula.
Pour 1 to 2 cups of water in the bottom of the insert in the Crock-Pot Express.
Place Bundt cake pan on trivet that came with your multi-cooker and carefully place into the Crock-Pot Express insert.
Close and lock the lid, making sure the pressure valve is set to sealing.
Set on MANUAL & HIGH PRESSURE and 45 minutes.
When the time is done, carefully turn the steam release valve to venting, making sure to stay clear of the hot steam.
Once all the steam is released, carefully remove the lid and set aside.
Using pot holders, carefully remove the Bundt pan and set aside to cool for a 10 to 15 minutes.
Once cooled, turn cake over onto a plate and the cake should slide right out of the pan.
Dust cake with powdered sugar if desired, serve and enjoy!
