Crock-Pot Express Blueberry Peach Cobbler Recipe
Blueberries and peaches combine together in this fantastic cobbler dessert recipe that is baked right in your Crock-Pot Express pressure cooker! Add a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream to take this dessert over the top!

Instructions
Add drained peaches and 1 cup of fresh blueberries to the insert of the Crock-Pot Express.
Sprinkle sugar evenly over the fruit.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the dry cake mix and cinnamon.
Drizzle the melted butter into the dry cake mix with a fork. This should create a dry crumble mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk and mix. If needed add the last tablespoon of milk.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of the fruit. Do not mix.
Close and lock the lid, making sure the vent is set to sealing.
Set on MANUAL, HIGH pressure, for 10 minutes.
When the time is up, carefully turn the vent to venting to quickly release the pressure, making sure to stay out of the way of the hot steam.
When done venting, carefully remove the lid and set aside.
Serve crumble topped with the other 1 cup of fresh blueberries, whipped cream or ice cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes
If you do not have a non-stick insert for your Crock-Pot Express you may wish to spray it with
non-stick cooking spray
to make clean up easier.
