Instructions
Add all ingredients to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour or until all cheese is melted. Stirring occasionally.
Turn slow cooker to WARM setting to keep dip warm while serving for up to 2 hours.
Serve with sliced bread or crackers and enjoy!
