Everyone in the family is going to love these juicy Asian inspired pork chops. The pork chops are simmered away in a sweet and sour type sauce that is jam packed with 6 cloves of garlic for a great savory flavor. Serve with your favorite steam or stir-fried veggies and rice for a great dinner any night of the week!
Arrange the pork chops in the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
Evenly sprinkle the diced onion and pineapple tidbits on top of the pork chops in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, water, garlic and ground ginger until combined.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until the pork chops are done and register 145° F (63° C) with an instant read meat thermometer.
