Crock-Pot Bacon Wrapped Apple Barbecue Chicken Recipe
Chicken tenderloins are wrapped in bacon and then cooked in the slow cooker with apples, barbecue sauce and balsamic vinegar for a super tasty chicken dish everyone is going to love!

medium, peeled, cored & finely diced

Barbecue Sauce
your favorite brand

Balsamic Vinegar

teaspoon
Fresh Thyme
optional, or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Wrap each piece of chicken tenderloin with a half slice of bacon.
Placed wrapped chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart or larger (it is okay if they overlap)
In a bowl mix the diced apples, BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar and thyme (if using).
Pour apple mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours.
To serve pull chicken pieces out and spoon some of the apple mixture over top.
