Place kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, garlic, butter and bay leaf in the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
16 Ounces Kielbasa Sausage, 1 ½ Cups Sliced Bell Peppers, 1 Small Yellow Onion, 3 Cloves Garlic, 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 1 Whole Bay Leaf
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
45 minutes before you are ready to eat, add the frozen pierogi and turn the slow cooker to HIGH.

If you would like some of the pierogi to be browned, you may spray the exposed parts of your slow cooker with cooking spray or brush with melted butter and lean the pierogi against the edges.
