This hearty dip has all the delicious flavors of a cheeseburger! Make this dip for your next party and set out a bowl of crackers, toasted bread or chips and let your guests dig on in!
In a large skillet on the stove-top cook the diced bacon until crisp. Remove bacon bits with a slotted spoon and allow them to drain on several layers of paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook and crumble the ground beef until browned and the onions are starting to turn translucent. Drain off excess cooking fat from ground beef mixture.
Add cooked bacon and ground beef mixture to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until all the cheese are melted.
