The whole family will love this versatile chicken recipe cooked in the slow cooker. Use whatever brand of bottled creamy salad dressing that you like and feel free to switch up the veggies in this recipe to use whatever vegetables you like!
Add sliced potatoes and diced onions to the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes and onions, overlapping if necessary.
Sprinkle the chicken with the Parmesan and cheddar cheeses and then pour the creamy salad dressing over the chicken making sure to cover the chicken as much as possible.
Sprinkle the crushed Parmesan Whisps or bread crumbs, parsley and diced tomatoes over the top of the creamy salad dressing.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
