If you have leftover cooked chicken and need a tasty recipe to use it up, look no further than this easy and tasty hot chicken sandwich recipe! Serve on your favorite buns, rolls or bread. Or, wrap in a tortilla or sandwich wrap. YUM!
Add all ingredients to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW heat for 2 to 3 hours or until the onion and celery are cooked yet still have a good texture.
Serve on buns or rolls for dinner or lunch.
