This simple 4-ingredient recipe is a great way to cook beef skirt steak and end up with tender steak bites in a creamy gravy. Serve as is or over cooked rice, egg noodles or even mashed potatoes!
Add the cut up beef skirt steak to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
Layer the sliced mushrooms on top of the steak.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the can of cream of mushroom soup and the onion soup mix until there is no dry soup mix. Pour this mixture over the top of the mushrooms and steak.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or 4 hours on HIGH or until the steak is very tender.
Serve as is, or over cooked white or brown rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
