Recipe Notes

Super easy recipe that is a family favorite. I love being able to just put the chicken in frozen, add a couple of ingredients and then let it go. My husband asks for this weekly. I especially like this recipe because my daughter who has several food allergies, can enjoy it with us. I tend to serve it with cheesy hash-brown casserole or cheesy scallops and turnip greens.

If you like this recipe or find it useful, it would be lovely if you would consider leaving a nice 4 or 5 star rating. Rating is done by clicking on the stars above.

I really want to make this tonight but i’m a bit confused about the cook time; 3-4hr on Low or 6-8hr on high? Is this depending on frozen or not? Id figure it would need more time on Low. Lol.

That just means if you want to cook it quicker you can on High for 3-4 hours, If you want it to cook all day, 6-8 hours. I often cook on High because I tend to put things in after lunch, but those that put it in before they go to work, will want the low hours.

Thank you for answering Morgan’s time cooking question, but your post is not what you answered. It should read 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Is it possible to change your post? Thanks.
