Crock-Pot Tomato & Spinach Pasta Recipe
This tasty pasta recipe is filled with sweet Italian sausage, tomatoes and spinach and is full of great flavor. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with a side salad and some great crusty Italian bread!

  1. In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage, onion and garlic until meat is cooked and crumbled.
  2. Drain excess fat off the meat and add everything to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.
  5. 30 minutes prior to serving, add in spinach, cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Switch to high, cover the slow cooker, and cook for 30 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
