  • 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1.25 ounce Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 packet store bought or equivalent homemade
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock store bought or homemade

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken Breasts in strips.
  2. Place all ingredients in 3 quart crock-pot.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Drain extra juice from Chicken.
  5. Shred chicken and place in serving bowl.

    Looks good! I am not a big fan of packaged taco seasoning, so I like to make my own (less sodium etc) here is the recipe I use. http://www.hotcouponworld.com/2011/10/homemade-taco-seasoning/
