- 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1.25 ounce Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 packet store bought or equivalent homemade
- 1 cup Chicken Stock store bought or homemade

Instructions
- Cut chicken Breasts in strips.
- Place all ingredients in 3 quart crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Drain extra juice from Chicken.
- Shred chicken and place in serving bowl.
