Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

  • 16 ounces Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Cook Time 2 - 3hours on LOW
Instructions
  1. Add pecans and butter to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Heat on low and stir as the butter melts.
  3. Once the butter has melted, add in the powdered sugar stirring as you add to coat all the pecans.
  4. Cook on high for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
  5. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle the spice mixture on top of the pecans stirring to coat all pecans.
  7. Cook an additional 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Lay a sheet of parchment paper or foil on a counter or table.
  9. Spread the nuts out evenly on the paper/foil allowing them to cool.
  10. Store in a sealed container or bag.

    I’m new to your site and look forward to making many of the recepies. These pecans look amazing! Can the recepie be doubled in one crockpot?

      yes you can double it if you have a larger crock-pot. I wouldnt double it using a 3qt or smaller though.
