  1. Brown burger drain and place in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Mix together all soups and rotel and place in slow cooker.
  3. Add the green pepper.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  6. Add the cooked noodles-cook on low 1 more hour then top with shredded cheese.
