Crock-Pot Queso Sausage Dip Recipe

  1. In a large skillet on the stove-top, cook and crumble the sausage.
  2. Drain off any excess fat from the sausage and add the cooked sausage to a 2.5 to 4 quart slow cooker.
  3. Dice the queso cheese and add the cheese as well as the diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes to make sure the cheese melts evenly.
  5. Turn slow cooker to WARM and serve with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.
