  1. In a 6 quart or larger slow cooker, mix the apple cider, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and the ground cloves.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, or until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot.
  3. Turn off the slow cooker and allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature.
  4. Stir in the Everclear (or vodka if using).
  5. Store in seal ed canning jars with lids and rings in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
