  1. In a crock-pot, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, and the apple cider.
  2. Heat on LOW for 2 hours.
  3. Turn off the crock-pot and allow the mixture to COMPLETELY COOL.
  4. Once the mixture is cool, add in the alcohol and stir.
  5. Store in Sealed jars (canning jars with lids and rings) in a cool dry place.
