Crock-Pot Potatoes, Sausage And Green Beans Recipe
This easy recipe is a complete meal made right in your slow cooker. I used turkey kielbasa sausage but feel free to use pork sausage instead if that is what you prefer.

Ingredients
  • 6Medium PotatoesPeeled And Diced
  • 1Pound Kielbasa SausageSliced (I Used Turkey Sausage)
  • 1Pound Fresh Green BeansWashed, Stems And Strings Removed
  • 13.5Ounces Chicken Brothcanned or homemade, low sodium preferred
  • 1Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1Clove GarlicMinced
  • 1Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare ingredients by peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing the kielbasa sausage and trimming the green beans.
  2. Add all ingredients to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender.
