This fantastic beef pot roast is super simple to make with just 3 ingredients (plus a little water) and the onion flavor is just fabulous! The roast comes out tender and delicious when slow cooked all day!

Ingredients
  • 3Pounds Beef Pot Roast
  • 2Medium Yellow OnionsPeeled And Sliced
  • 4Cups Water
  • 1Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until the roast is tender and is starting to fall apart.
  3. Slice or chunk up the pot roast and serve it with the cooked onions.
  4. Enjoy!
