With just a few simple ingredients this is one of those great “fix it and forget it” type recipes. At the end of the cooking you just toss in your frozen pierogies and cook a little bit longer and dinner is on the table!

  • 16 ounces Kielbasa Sausage sliced, turkey kielbasa works just fine
  • 1 1/2 cups Bell Peppers sliced, combination of green, red and yellow
  • 1 whole Onion small, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Bay Leaf optional
  • Salt And Pepper to taste
  • 16 ounces Frozen Pierogies
