Crock-Pot Peach Country Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4pounds Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1/4cup Soy Sauceor tamari sauce if on a gluten-free diet
  • 1/4cup Peach Jamsuch as Smucker’s brand
  • 2tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2cloves Garlicminced
Instructions
  1. Mix Soy Sauce, Peach Jam, Ketchup and Garlic in a bowl, that will be wide enough to dip ribs.
  2. I used a liner.
  3. Spray liner or crock with Pam.
  4. Dip each Country Rib into soy sauce mixture getting each side covered well.
  5. Place in crock, pack each one in well, so they are all lying flat if possible.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over the top of the ribs.
  7. Cook on high for 8-10 hours. Check at 6-7 hours, as these can cook fairly quickly in a fast cooking crock.
  8. Serve over rice cooked on stove top or microwave.
