  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine together the garam masala, beef bouillon granules, sea salt, season all, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Toss meat with spices.
  3. Add seasoned meat, water, vegetables and minced garlic to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  5. Before serving, mix in toasted pine nuts
  6. Serve over rice.
