Crock-Pot Italian Meatball Soup Recipe
With just 5 ingredients this easy soup features tender meatballs, cannellini beans and Italian style tomatoes in a rich beefy broth. Topping the finished soup with a little Parmesan cheese takes this hearty soup over the top!

  1. To a 6 quart or larger slow cooker add the frozen meatballs, beef broth, water, canned Italian style tomatoes and drained and rinsed cannellini beans. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
  3. Ladle soup into bowls and top each bowl with some shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
