Crock-Pot Italian Chicken with Potatoes Recipe

Instructions
  1. Line a 6 quart slow cooker with a Crock-Pot Liner OR spray with non-stick cooking spray if desired.
  2. Squirt a small amount of Italian dressing in bottom of crock-pot.
  3. Place 2 to 4 chicken breasts in crock. I placed them in a row across.
  4. Pour some of the Italian dressing on the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle about a third of cheese onto the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken.
  7. Place next two chicken breasts into crock-pot, if possible not directly on top of the first breasts. I did them above and below the ones below.
  8. Pour more Italian dressing on the two chickens.
  9. Sprinkle a third of the cheese on top of the chicken.
  10. Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken.
  11. Place potatoes on top.
  12. Pour the remaining Italian dressing on the potatoes and then cover with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  13. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the potatoes.
  14. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
