Crock-Pot Irish Cream Coffee Recipe

Instructions
  1. Add coffee, Baileys, whipping cream and cocoa powder to a 4 quart or larger crock-pot and stir.
  2. Add add additional sugar if you want it to be sweeter.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or on HIGH for 90 minutes until hot.
  4. Ladle hot coffee mixture in to mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

I cooked this in a 6 quart crock pot and I could have easily doubled it for a larger group. You may want to stir this in the last hour as I noticed the cocoa powder did not 100% blend in the first time.
