  1. Add all ingredients to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 2 to 3 hours or until the onion and celery are cooked yet still have a good texture.
  3. Serve on buns or rolls for dinner or lunch.
