*Garlic Note – To make prep time even faster feel free to use jarred pre-minced garlic in this recipe. While normally fresh garlic is almost always better in flavor for this slow cooked recipe there really isn’t much of a different in the final flavor.
**Non-Stick Note – To make clean up easier you may wish to either line your slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray. However if you opt not to use a liner and have a sticky mess to clean up, be sure to check out our guide on how to clean a Crock-Pot.
